I went to the plasma center this morning; it's a no go there. My veins will not allow me to give blood or plasma, too small and deep for plasma and not enough pressure in my body to give blood. Kinda sad I can't help out in that way for others(money or not). Just have to go with the flow! LOL

It is cool when you have days that you find savings; and cruddy when things go bad and you have to pay for some huge expense- but then there are wonderful days like today when nothing happens. I revel in these days of just enjoying the sunshine or unusual people around me.

Tomorrow I will go for a drive, I like to just head out in any particular direction and see where it takes me. I've gotten some nice pictures of nature that way as well.

Drat, was cleaning out my desk and found a long forgotten bill pushed to the back. Ah well, I called them up and was able to set up a payment plan and a payment book to make sure I don't forget( love payment books).

So a bum deal turned good- just got to face them head on and it doesn't turn out to be as bad as anticipated!!

Well, I know how much money I can make at this time in my life. I'm not really keen on getting a P/T job that sucks 20hrs more of my life a week. So I'm looking around at other creative options, even an extra 1-200$ a month would do wonders.

So I've checked around and have an appointment at a plasma center- which I hope goes well. I have tried to donate blood in the past and found that my blood pressure is very weak(they told me NOT to donate anymore! LOL), so after a call to the plasma people; they are going to check it out for me. A PLUS, I get a free mini physical exam at no charge- money saved there.

I'm also digging around for cellphones to resell or donate to charities if they don't sell- love working with teenagers and their throwaway world. And also picking up textbooks and regular books to sell online as well.

I am sooo determined to get this debt under control. I found out from my work that I can get a saving of $25 a month by getting my auto insurance through my job and having it automatically taken out from my paycheck! woohoo- $300/yr

Time to clean the house and get about to life. -D

Well I am going to give this a shot and try to keep my wits about me, so I get my debt down and my savings up.

I am going to also give this Budget thing a try and see where it takes me, maybe into the light. lol
I have been raised in a Frugal home enviroment that tried to have everything last till it hung on by it's threads... though money flew out the door quicker than blowing out a candle.

Today's start was by gathering my debt together and finding out what kind of mountain I have to climb. Better than I thought... only 26k to work on. That's two small credit cards, a car loan, two HUGE student loans and some IRS back taxes from a business.

So according to what Jeffrey wrote I'll start with the highest interest and pay the min. plus 10% of my take home, and make my regular min. payments on the other stuff. ( BTW, I rent- so not figuring that- part of life)

So from here on out I'll keep ya'll posted on any savings I've found, Debt reduction and other keen ideas I've come across.
